Crew Member - Landscape

Starting Pay Scale $16.50/hour Entry Level and up to two years of experience $17.00/hour Less than 2 years of experience with Driver License $17.50/hr Two or more years of experience with Driver License $18.00/hr More than 5 years of experience Sundance Landscape Maintenance is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the valley since 1985. We are currently located in Queen Creek, Arizona. We maintain and service Commercial and HOA communities throughout the valley. We are seeking to add Laborers/Crew Members, who can:

• Perform general landscaping duties
• Be proficient in the use of basic maintenance hand tools and power tools
• Operate/Maintain tools and equipment
• Load/Unload trash cans/burlaps containing plant debris onto trailer
• Meet company production rates and standards Laborers/Crew Members will need to:
• Work in direct Arizona sunlight and heat for 7-8 hours per day
• Be flexible in the jobs and duties to be performed
• Be able to communicate with crew leader regarding job assignments/tasks
• Stand and perform physical labor for 8 hours
• Be able to lift 50lbs
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to walk, stand, and bend without stress
• Use a tablet and turn in reports timely Laborers that have a valid driver's license will have a higher starting pay.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.50 per hour
