Grounds Maintenance Technician We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and appearance of our property. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and take pride in maintaining clean, attractive environments. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure our grounds are well-kept, safe, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate leaf blowers to clear debris from parking lots, walkways, and landscaped areas Perform painting tasks as needed to maintain signage, fences, and other outdoor structures Conduct pressure washing to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces Maintain cleanliness of parking lots by removing trash, debris, and ensuring proper organization Support weekly landscaping maintenance activities in collaboration with a professional landscaping company Assist with general groundskeeping duties to uphold the property's aesthetic standards

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in outdoor maintenance or groundskeeping preferred Ability to operate leaf blowers, pressure washers, and basic painting tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and maintenance Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus Join our team and contribute to creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
