About The Jenesis House The Jenesis House is a luxury wellness estate in Sedona offering elevated hospitality experiences, retreats, spa services, and curated guest stays. We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Property Groundskeeper & Maintenance Coordinator to help maintain the beauty, functionality, and overall presentation of the property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces, and can help ensure the property operates smoothly day-to-day. Position Overview The Property Groundskeeper & Maintenance Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the property, support vendors and contractors, complete small repairs, monitor landscaping and cleanliness, and ensure the estate remains guest-ready at all times. This person will work closely with leadership and vendors to help maintain a luxury-level presentation across the entire property.
Core Responsibilities:
Property & Grounds Oversight Walk and inspect the property daily Ensure outdoor spaces remain clean, organized, and visually appealing Monitor landscaping and irrigation systems Oversee vendor and contractor work to ensure tasks are completed properly Report larger repair or maintenance issues to leadership immediately Assist with seasonal property upkeep and organization Maintenance Support Replace light bulbs and basic fixtures Handle small repairs and maintenance tasks Assist with furniture setup, moving, and organization Ensure guest areas are functioning properly Monitor supplies and maintenance inventory Help maintain overall property functionality and presentation Hospitality Support Ensure common areas are guest-ready throughout the day Support setup and breakdown for retreats and events when needed Help maintain luxury hospitality standards across the property Respond quickly to operational or guest-related property issues Ideal Candidate You are: Hands-on and proactive Reliable and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Physically active and capable of outdoor work Organized and solution-oriented Professional and respectful in guest environments Able to multitask and prioritize daily property needs Preferred Experience Property maintenance Groundskeeping or landscaping Hospitality or Airbnb property support General handyman experience Vendor or contractor coordination Requirements Must have reliable transportation Must be comfortable lifting, moving, and working outdoors Flexible availability, including weekends if needed Strong communication and accountability To Apply Please submit: Resume or work experience Short introduction about yourself Relevant maintenance or property experience Why you'd like to work with The Jenesis House We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating beautiful, functional spaces and wants to grow with a luxury wellness hospitality brand.
