JOB OVERVIEW

Maintenance Crew Members work as part of a team to create and maintain vibrant, beautiful outdoor environments enjoyed by our customers by performing grounds keeping and maintenance duties.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES BUT NOT LIMITED TO

Clean-up and remove debris. Weeding and raking leaves. Mowing grass and edging turf areas. Mulching landscape beds. Trimming bushes, plants and trees. Working with hand-held tools. Wear uniform and required PPE. Follow instructions given by the Crew Leader and Area Manager. Follow all safety and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Reliable and with a strong work ethic. Must have both physical and mental stamina to work in difficult conditions. Able to work outdoors in extreme AZ weather (cold/ windy/ heat). Great hand-eye coordination and dexterity. Outstanding listening and communication skills. Ability to work great as a part of a team and independently.
