CLASSIFICATION
The position is a full-time, regular, non-exempt position.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The position reports directly to the Property Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensures all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter. Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and cleans and maintains storage areas. Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager; and assists the maintenance team in the turn process. Distributes notices and communications to residents, as necessary. Inform appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, guests, and others. Demonstrates customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services. Attends and participates in training and safety programs as required by WWCo. Delivers superior customer service and represents the company professionally. Dresses per WWCo appearance standards. Maintains and safeguards all company tools and equipment. Complete light landscaping, as needed. Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Previous grounds or custodial maintenance experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Basic computer skills using computer applications. Must possess a valid drivers license.
