Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborer for seasonal work, with opportunity to move into a full-time position based on performance. We are a high-quality landscaping company and hold our team to strong standards. Employees are expected to take pride in their work, maintain professionalism, and consistently deliver clean, detailed results that reflect our company's reputation. Responsibilities
- Perform general landscape maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
- Raking, digging, planting, removals, and clean-ups
- Install mulch, rock, plants, and assist with irrigation work
- Operate landscaping equipment and safely use hand tools
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites Requirements
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Experience with landscaping equipment and hand tools preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude Schedule
- Full-time hours and or on call during season, overtime may be available
