Drivers lic a plus Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as trimmers, blowers, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Perform lawn care duties like aeration, fertilization, and weed control to promote lush, healthy turf Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stonework, and installing features such as patios or walkways Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment Skills Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate landscaping machinery and hand tools confidently Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not required; training provided for eager learners Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and irrigation system setup Knowledge of tree care practices such as trimming and planting to support healthy growth Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to safety Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in construction and horticulture Basic understanding of maintenance procedures for power tools and landscaping equipment This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in their craftsmanship, and contributing to beautiful landscapes.
