Porter/Groundskeeper

Our in-house training department educates our new employees from the very beginning of their journey and ongoing with both in-person and web-based training allowing us to develop the most talented associates in the industry.

We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Groundskeeper for our 270 unit apartment community located in Fair Oaks, CA.

This position requires you:

assist with light painting projects, de-webbing corners, power-washing areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm

Six months of prior work experience in any fieldAbility to read, write and communicate in EnglishMust be able to lift up to 25 lbsBasic computer skills: Internet and emailPossess a whatever it takes mentalityMust be reliable and dependable.

Other compensation includes but is not limited to: leasing and renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement and if applicable housing discounts.
