Tree Service Foreman/Groundsman

Position Overview Foreman:

Responsible for leading a tree crew, managing job-site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. The Foreman is expected to uphold company standards on every project.

Groundsman:

Supports daily operations including pruning, removals, and site cleanup. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and contributing to a high-performing crew. Key Responsibilities Perform tree pruning and removals of all sizes and species Execute rigging and roping in confined, no-damage environments Work collaboratively and professionally with team members Maintain equipment, tools, and overall job-site organization Uphold a professional attitude and company image at all times Assist in training and mentoring team members while continuing to learn Qualifications Minimum 2 years of tree service experience (Groundsman) or 10 years (Foreman) Strong knowledge of professional tree care operations Ability to lead, train, and direct crews (Foreman role) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience operating chainsaws, chippers, rigging systems, and aerial lifts Understanding of ANSI and OSHA safety standards Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred) Professional references required What We Offer $22.50-$50.00/hour, depending on experience Sign-on bonus Consistent, year-round work Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement
