In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining landscapes, performing groundskeeping tasks, and ensuring all property features are in top condition. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in landscape care, construction, and maintenance while working in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating. Maintain landscape features through planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrubbery care using hand tools and power tools Operate equipment such as , mowers, hedger, chainsaws, weed whacker, etc. Conduct landscape maintenance including hardscape repairs, irrigation system installation and troubleshooting, and gardening tasks Carry out routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly Support general property maintenance tasks including minor repairs, cleaning outdoor areas, and ensuring all landscaping equipment is well-maintained Cleaning and maintaining common area facilities such as bathrooms, laundry rooms and clubhouse Open to help in different areas as needed. Qualifications Proven experience with landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or property upkeep Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools and landscaping machinery Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong knowledge of landscaping materials, hardscape features, irrigation systems, and gardening practices Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow safety procedures during equipment operation and construction tasks Ability to work independently and stay busy Can lift over 50lbs Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful environments!
