Maintenance Crew Leader

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Crew Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various maintenance tasks, including landscaping, lawn care, and general repairs. Experience Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Familiarity with landscaping techniques and horticulture practices is preferred. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Background in construction or related fields is a plus. Knowledge of tree trimming techniques is beneficial. A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Conduct lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and fertilization. Manage landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and tree care. Operate hand tools and power tools. Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Support gardening initiatives by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
