Responsibilities Perform comprehensive landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas pristine and inviting Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators for tasks like soil preparation, planting, and hardscape installation Conduct lawn care activities such as aeration, fertilization, weed control, and irrigation system management to promote healthy turf growth Maintain trees through trimming, pruning, and tree care techniques to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Execute snow plowing and ice removal during winter months to ensure safe access and pathways Assist with landscape construction projects including hardscape installations like patios or walkways using appropriate tools and techniques Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping with a strong understanding of horticulture principles (2+ Years of Experience Required). Mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment, power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree care practices, gardening techniques, and snow plowing operations Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor for extended periods Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to landscape upkeep and safety protocols Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
