Golf Course & Park Maintenance Job Type:

Full-Time Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM-10:00

Oso Creek Golf Course & Marty Russo Park We are looking for a reliable and responsible Landscape Laborer to join our team. This position reports to Oso Creek Golf Course Monday through Thursday and helps maintain the landscape areas, shrubs, exterior clubhouse areas, outdoor amenities, walkways, and surrounding property grounds. On weekends, the employee will report to Marty Russo Park to complete a small trash route using a motorized Kubota utility cart. The weekend route must be completed each scheduled day. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and willing to take ownership of their assigned areas. Attendance, responsibility, and a positive attitude are very important for this position.

Responsibilities:

Maintain shrubs, planter areas, and assigned landscape areas around the clubhouse, outdoor amenities, and property grounds Clear and clean exterior golf course club amenities, walkways, patios, entrances, and surrounding areas Blow walkways, hardscape areas, and assigned outdoor areas Pick up trash and keep the property clean and presentable Apply chemicals as needed and as directed, following all safety procedures Assist with general landscape maintenance duties Be a welcoming and professional presence to golf course players, staff, and visitors Report to Marty Russo Park on weekends to complete a small trash route Operate a motorized Kubota utility cart for the weekend trash route Complete the assigned weekend route fully each scheduled day Arrive on time every scheduled workday Follow assigned schedules, instructions, and company procedures

Requirements:

Must speak fluent English Must be reliable and report to the assigned property as scheduled Strong attendance and responsibility are required Must be able to complete assigned tasks without constant supervision Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices is preferred Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor Must be able to safely operate or learn to operate a small motorized utility cart Must be able to follow directions and work independently when needed Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on the property

Preferred Experience:

Landscape maintenance: 1 year preferred Chemical application experience preferred, but not required Experience operating a utility cart, golf cart, or small motorized work vehicle is a plus
