  • $61,533 United States, California, Oakland May 22, 2026 Facilities Services is recruiting for multiple Groundskeepers. The full salary range for the Groundskeeper position is $21.05
  • $29.
47 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $25.00 up to $29.47 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Reporting to the Landscape Grounds Supervisor in the Facilities Services Environmental Resource Services Department, the Groundskeeper is on a team of landscape professionals who perform various landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks throughout the University of California, Riverside campus. The Groundskeeper provides service to campus customers in maintaining the grounds surrounding the many buildings and facilities, outdoor gathering areas, walkways, building entrances, and hard and soft landscapes of the campus. The Groundskeeper has a shared responsibility of keeping the campus beautiful, clean, welcoming, and safe for visitors, students, faculty, and staff. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
