What You'll Do After training, you will be expected to work independently and complete a wide range of landscape installation tasks, including : Repairing and installing irrigation systems Installing landscape lighting Picking up, delivering, and installing plant material, from flats to 36-inch box trees Using landscape tools and equipment safely, including blowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, chain saws, and pole saws Driving company trucks and vans to jobsites and suppliers Evaluating jobsite conditions and helping carry out project plans Keeping tools, vehicles, and equipment clean and job-ready What We're Looking For Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Able to drive for extended periods as needed Strong work ethic and able to work independently Willing to learn, follow systems, and keep improving Able to read in English and fully engage with training materials Comfortable with background checks and drug testing Pay, Benefits, and Growth Starting pay from $25.00 per hour, based on experience Fast opportunities for pay increases as performance improves Bonus opportunities 401(k) Gym membership Company-paid uniforms Quality tools provided Paid time off and sick days Paid holidays Overtime opportunities Schedule Typical work hours are 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, though some days may start as early as 5:00 AM or extend later depending on weather and project needs.
