NOW HIRING - GREENSKEEPERS

The Villages Golf & Country Club | San Jose, CA The Villages Golf & Country Club is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team. We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time Greenskeeper positions , with multiple openings available.

Starting Pay:

$21.00 per hour and up, depending on experience.

Position Responsibilities Include:

Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough Bunker maintenance, raking, and edging Course setup and daily detail work Landscape and ornamental maintenance Irrigation assistance and hand watering Debris cleanup and general golf course maintenance Assisting with special projects and tournament preparations

Qualifications:

Golf course maintenance experience is preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor Must have reliable transportation

Full-Time Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, with alternating weekends.
