Lead a crew of 3 others in garden care while performing skilled gardening tasks. Must have at least 1 year landscape maintenance experience for Back up Lead position. Prefer at least 2 years experience for Crew Lead position. Must have clean CA driver's license and bilingual Spanish/English (written and spoken). Backup crew lead position has the ability to move into a lead position; experienced lead position also available after training. We work year-round, including in the rain. Established company has been in business for over 20 years. Meet at our office in San Jose and we provide paid transportation to job sites in company trucks. 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
