Available Positions:

Landscaper Shift:

AM 8 hour shift

Monday- Friday Compensation:

The pay for this position is $20/hr . This range represents the pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.

Additional Compensation:

This position may also be eligible for: Tips Discretionary incentives

Requirements :

Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States Landscaping experience (preferred) Must have reliable transportation

Landscaper Responsibilities:

Daily Maintenance & Care Lawn Care:

Mowing, edging, and weed whacking to keep grass at ideal lengths.

Planting:

Seeding, sod laying, and installing new flowers, trees, and shrubs.

Hardscaping:

Building or repairing pathways, patios, retaining walls, and decks.

System Integration:

Setting up and repairing outdoor lighting and sprinkler/irrigation systems.

Grading & Excavation:

Leveling ground and preparing soil for new landscaping features.

Machinery Operation:

Operating power tools such as leaf blowers, chainsaws, lawnmowers, and tillers safely.

Maintenance:

Cleaning and performing basic routine repairs on landscaping equipment.

Safety Protocols:

Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and following all worksite safety rules.

Cleanups:

Conducting thorough spring and fall property cleanups.

Winter Services:

Shoveling snow and spreading salt or sand on walkways and driveways.

Debris Removal:

Clearing fallen branches, storm damage, and bulk debris.

Plant Health:

Watering, fertilizing, aerating, and treating lawns and plants for pests or diseases.

Bed Upkeep:

Weeding, laying down fresh mulch, and raking leaves.

Pruning:

Trimming hedges, small trees, and shrubs to maintain shape and encourage healthy growth.
