Tree Groundman:
? Assist crew members in daily tree care operations, including cleanup. ? Support Trimmers and Foremen with ropes, tools, and equipment. ? Control road and sidewalk traffic when needed. ? Operate tree care equipment, spray trucks, and tow chippers. ? Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clean job sites. ? Use and maintain tools such as hand tools, chainsaws, and chippers. ? Follow strict safety protocols and be prepared for emergency situations. ? Gain hands-on experience and learn various aspects of tree care!
What We're Looking For:
A team player with a strong work ethic and a great attitude. Ability to take direction and communicate effectively. Physically fit and able to lift, carry, push, and pull 20-50 lbs. Must read and write English fluently. Valid California Driver's License (clean driving record). Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
