Full-time About Cornerstone Commercial landscape maintenance company. Crews work HOA, commercial, and property management accounts. Strong safety culture, year-round work, room to grow. What You'll Do Mow, trim, edge, blow on commercial properties Hand-weed beds, apply mulch, prune shrubs Assist with seasonal cleanups and plantings Load/unload trucks and equipment daily Follow Cal/OSHA safety protocols What We're Looking For Reliable and on time — every day Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Comfortable with trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers (or willing to learn) Valid CA driver's license is required Landscape experience preferred — we'll train the right person Schedule Mon-Fri Start times 5:30-7:00 AM (seasonal) Occasional Saturday for storm cleanup or makeup days Pay & Benefits $18-22/hr based on experience Paid sick leave (CA mandated) PTO accrual — usable after 90-day intro period Workers' comp coverage How to Apply Apply through Indeed or call (562) 448-3158 Cornerstone Landscape Services — 340 N.
