Apartment Groundskeeper - WEEKLY PAY

As a Groundskeeper you will ensure the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

Curb Appeal :

Keep our property looking its best by inspecting the community throughout the day to remove litter and debris, collecting trash and power washing.

Grounds Maintenance :

Ensure all common areas and amenities are free of litter and well-presented at all times. Transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable.

Unit Preparation :

Help maintenance team to make ready units for new occupants by removing trash and remaining items from vacant apartments.

Painting :

Beautify both interior and exterior surfaces.

Minor Maintenance :

Assist with small repair and maintenance tasks as needed. Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary. Informs appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, guests, and others. Demonstrates customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect.

What We're Looking For:

Experience :

Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or general labor is a plus but not requirement. This is an Entry-level position so everybody is encourage to apply. Attention to
