Duties will be assigned under the direct supervision of the Community Manager. Company Core Values Hands-on ownership Commit to your best work Always learning Do the right thing Be respectful Position Performance Objectives Common area maintenance Common area janitorial (clubhouse, bathrooms, etc.) Gardening and landscaping work, including work on several 20-30 foot slopes Irrigation repairs Work with electric and gas meter shutoffs, as needed Keep accurate maintenance records of work performed Key Competencies Be customer service oriented Possess a good work ethic and uphold the company values Be able to work with minimal supervision Be able to resolve challenges logically and know when to refer more complex issues to a higher level since duties and tasks are frequently non-routine Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, integrity, and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance Be punctual, neat and efficient Read, write speak English fluently Physical Requirements Has the ability to bend, stoop, walk, climb ladders for 90% of a typical working day Has the ability to bend, lift and reach boxes and maintenance supplies of 30 pounds or more Has the ability to safely use tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and saws Has the ability to log maintenance records in a computer or app Experience Requirements Has two years minimum of recent experience in property management, apartment/residential maintenance

• Mobile Home Park experience is a plus High school diploma or GED equivalent
• required Has basic use skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Has a valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• required Compensation/Position Details Full-time Monday thru Friday, 40 hours per week, 7 am to 4 pm, 1 hour for lunch $18
