On-Site Grounds Keeper

We are a property management company that specializes in manufactured housing communities. We are looking for an experienced grounds keeper and some light maintenance person for an on-site position. Compensation also includes employer provided on-site housing (employee is responsible for utilities).

Qualifications include:

• Strong work ethic and ability to work with limited supervision.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to stay organized.
• Must be able detailed oriented and follow directives.
• Must be able to perform some light landscaping duties such as lawn care, maintaining bushes and shrubs, weeding, raking, planting seasonal flowers, etc.

`Must be able to perform general groundskeeping duties such as picking up trash and debris, sweeping common areas, maintaining signage and curb appeal, reporting issues, and performing general janitorial duties such as cleaning common area buildings.

• Must have general light maintenance skills.

Requirement:

• Valid CA driver's license, have a registered vehicle and auto insurance.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Must be able to live in employer provided housing on-site.
• Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
