Job Description

BLVD Residential is a California-based company focused on multifamily property management and investment. We are looking for a Full-Time groundskeeper/porter to join our team in Vacaville, CA.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5:00 PM.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain the grounds, amenities, and other common areas. Some light maintenance duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Clean and maintain the property and grounds. Daily cleaning and upkeep of the Laundry room Perform daily property walks and cleaning debris from the site. Managing trash areas Light maintenance Other related tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School diploma preferred
Experience:
Some custodial or general maintenance experience preferred
Skills:
Attention to detail; Ability to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English.
Licenses:
Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required if driving onto the property

No special equipment needed
PRIMARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLETE THE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
(include but are not limited to the following) : Intermittent sitting, standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying (light to heavyweight material/appliances/ equipment, up to 50lbs.) Climbing ladders/stairs, and walking on rooftops. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate small-motorized equipment (i.e., repetitive hand/wrist, griping and elbow motion). Salary ranges are based on paying competitively for size and industry. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. The ranges shared are for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced or more senior than this job description as posted.
