Jobs are Scheduled Monday thru Friday and some weekend work is required. Starting pay $19 per hour $20 per hour showing proof of excellent work ethic after 30 days. $21 after 90 days. Willing to train right candidate in Tree Pruning. Additional pay increase with increased knowledge and skills Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools safely. Assist on site aroborist from the ground Collaborate with team members to provide our clients with quality work and detailed job site clean up. Ensure timely completion of tasks. Requirements Prior Tree Crew grounds man experience or knowledge ; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes confidently and safely. Ability to lift heavy items; minimum of 50 lbs. Familiarity with power tools used in Tree Pruning is a plus. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success joining our small family owned company.
