Landscape/Gardener Laborer

Your hands-on work will involve operating tools and equipment, performing landscape upkeep, and supporting the creation of stunning hardscape features. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and watering to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive Operate hand tools and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, shovels, and lawnmowers efficiently and safely Support the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree removal under supervision Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or blockages and assisting with system setup or repairs Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for properties Support excavation work using equipment like mini excavators for planting beds or drainage projects Assist with general construction tasks related to landscape projects ensuring quality standards are met Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment Experience in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape practices is a plus Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with equipment such as excavators or snow plows is advantageous but not mandatory Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in landscaping, gardening, construction, or tree care.
