We're looking for a reliable, hardworking crew member to join our maintenance team and help keep our portfolio of 70+ residential properties looking their best. What You'll Do Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a clean, professional appearance Blow and clean hardscapes including driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks Prune shrubs, hedges, and ground cover to maintain shape and healthy growth Weed planting beds and hardscape joints on a regular schedule Load, unload, and maintain landscape equipment and trucks daily Identify and report irrigation issues, property damage, or safety concerns to the crew lead What We're Looking For Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to the shop each morning Valid California driver's license Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance tasks and hand tools Dependable, punctual, and able to work a consistent full-time schedule Prior landscape maintenance experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$25/hr based on experience Health insurance (employee contribution after qualifying period) 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays and PTO Room to grow — we promote from within whenever possible A supportive team culture where hard work is noticed and valued If you take pride in doing quality work outdoors and want to be part of a team that treats people right, we'd like to meet you.
