Porter/Groundskeeper

Our in-house training department educates our new employees from the very beginning of their journey and ongoing with both in-person and web-based training allowing us to develop the most talented associates in the industry.

We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Groundskeeper for our 316 unit apartment community located in Walnut Creek, CA.

This position requires you:

assist with light painting projects, de-web corners, power-wash areas in need, daily cleaning of common areas, and representing FPMG proudly by providing excellent customer service to our residents!

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday from 8am to 5pm

Our Ideal Candidate:

Six months of prior work experience in any fieldAbility to read, write and communicate in EnglishMust be able to lift up to 25 lbsBasic computer skills: Internet and emailPossess a whatever it takes mentalityMust be reliable and dependable.

Other compensation includes but is not limited to: leasing and renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement and if applicable housing discounts.
