• $21 - $26 per hour ($43,680 to $54,080 per year).

• Top pay for the right candidate Your day helping us improve and maintain our community: Ensure community grounds are well manicured by picking up trash daily, inspecting the property each morning and throughout the day, and bringing concerns or repairs to the supervisor.

Works on landscape daily:

Plant flowers/shrubs, maintain flower beds, rake leaves, treats for weeds, exterior walkways/building cleaning, trim shrubs, and hedges, cut down and remove tree limbs as needed, and perform other lawn care services as needed. Snow removal and de-icing (7:00 am start time required for snow removal) Clean pools and pool areas during the season: straighten chairs, and remove trash or debris. Special projects and other responsibilities, as assigned. Assists Maintenance with various tasks, such as moving appliances or helping remove trash from an apartment Able to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues and complete basic work orders, including but not limited to: garbage disposal repair, operation of a hand auger, light fixture installation, and basic appliance diagnostic Preferably 2 years experience in the apartment maintenance industry Ability to work with basic math to determine each job Must have basic tools needed to perform basic maintenance; we will provide the specialty tools Ability to work in a high-paced team environment Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times Flexibility in working at multiple communities throughout the week when needed.
