energetic position involves assisting with a variety of landscaping, horticultural, and maintenance tasks to ensure our clients' landscapes are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained. Whether working on lawn care, planting, hardscape installation, or seasonal snow plowing, you'll be an essential part of creating outdoor spaces that inspire and delight. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance activities including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers, installing retaining walls, and performing general construction tasks Perform tree care duties including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Conduct lawn care tasks such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control to maintain lush turf conditions Help with seasonal snow plowing operations to ensure safe access during winter months Maintain equipment and tools regularly for optimal performance and safety standards Experience Prior experience with landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for operating power tools and small machinery safely Familiarity with land clearing equipment like excavators or tree trimming tools is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles related to plant health and landscape design is advantageous Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while working with construction or landscape equipment Strong work ethic with the motivation to contribute actively in a team environment Valid driver's license preferred for operating equipment or assisting with project transportation Must have Drivers License.
