Irrigation and Landscape Technician

Landscape & HOA Maintenance Crew Member Sirius Custom LLC is looking for reliable team members to help with HOA maintenance and landscape projects throughout the Bennett/Eastern Corridor area. This position includes a mix of: Weekly HOA maintenance Landscape installation projects General outdoor labor

Weekly HOA Maintenance Includes:

Mowing, trimming, and blowing clippings Trash and debris cleanup Pulling larger weeds by hand (no weed spraying) Keeping neighborhoods clean and well maintained Servicing dog poop stations (replacing bags, changing trash bags, cleaning overflowing stations)

Landscape Project Work Includes:

Sod installation Irrigation installation and repairs Rock and mulch installation Weed barrier fabric installation Tree and shrub planting Xeriscaping projects Flagstone, fire pits, patios, and paver installs Concrete patio installation

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift and move landscaping materials Must be dependable, respectful, and careful on job sites Employees may be asked to drive company vehicles between HOA properties and project sites.

Schedule & Pay:

Monday-Friday Typical hours are 7:00 AM-5:00 PM One-hour unpaid lunch break daily $20-$25 per hour depending on experience Hours may be part-time or full-time depending on weekly workload, weather, and current projects. Please keep in mind this is a seasonal position that will typically run through October or November, depending on winter weather conditions. No experience is required, but landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is a plus. We are looking for hardworking people who show up on time, work well with the team, and care about doing quality work without damaging client property.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
