Experience in this field is helpful but not required.
What We're Looking For:
Love caring for clients' outdoor spaces Delight in the changing nature of garden work throughout the seasons Desire to horticultural best practices while weeding, pruning, deadheading, and planting Prioritize professionalism, mutual respect, and the highest quality standards You may be a good fit if you: Have experience with professional farming, gardening, or in other production-type professions Enjoy working outdoors Appreciate plants and beautiful garden spaces Can learn on the job Are in good physical condition and are able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly Are able to bend over and work at ground level Are able to work outside in the heat and cold (we don't usually work in the rain or snow) Have your own car for transportation Are friendly and respectful
Pay:
$22.98 - $27.00 per hour
