Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, planting, mulching, and edging to ensure vibrant and healthy outdoor spaces Support tree care activities such as pruning, trimming, and planting to promote growth and safety Operate equipment like bucket trucks and bucket lifts safely for tree trimming or landscape installation projects Perform rigging tasks for lifting heavy materials or equipment using appropriate techniques and tools Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify hazards or areas needing attention; report issues promptly Help with general groundskeeping duties including debris removal, watering, fertilizing, and landscape upkeep to maintain pristine conditions Skills Proven growing experience in horticulture or landscaping environments with a strong understanding of plant health and soil management Ability to operate bucket trucks, lifts, and other landscaping machinery safely and efficiently Knowledge of rigging techniques for lifting heavy objects or equipment in outdoor settings Experience in tree care practices such as trimming, pruning, planting, and disease management Strong understanding of landscape maintenance principles and landscaping design fundamentals Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks Embark on a rewarding journey where your hands-on skills help create safe, beautiful environments.
