This role is essential in ensuring job sites run safely and efficiently. No prior experience is required—we're willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities

• Assist climbers and crew leaders with tree removal and pruning operations
• Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and blowers
• Manage ropes and rigging from the ground
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Help load and unload equipment and debris Qualifications
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to drive a trailer
• Experience in tree work, landscaping, or construction is a plus What We Offer
