Job Description

OVERVIEW
The Glacier Club is seeking Landscapers for the 2026 season. Landscapers ensure the growth and vibrancy of plants, flowers, lawn, and garden structures. This position requires a team player, with a can-do attitude and organizational skills. This position is eligible for all federally and state mandated benefits, including paid sick leave. HR. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Mowing lawns String trimming Shrub pruning Debris removal/backpack blower Raking perennial beds Planting annual and perennial plant material Fertilizing Pulling weeds Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record (Required) 2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and basic machinery operation skills are preferred 3. Must be able to participate in virtual interviews and virtual training sessions with reliable computer and internet connection 4. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision 5. Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers 6. Ability to work in an environment that has constantly changing priorities 7. Includes long periods of walking, standing, bending, and carrying items 8. Ability to work in a variety of outside conditions for long periods of time 9. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 10. Have a can-do and team-oriented attitude working in a team
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Ninety percent of the workday is spent outdoors in a golf course setting with constantly changing weather conditions including, but not limited to: cold, heat, snow, wet, lightning and thunderstorms. Ninety percent of the workday is spent standing. Constantly lifting, pushing, and pulling objects, weighing up to 100 pounds. Occasionally carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Constantly handling objects and using hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, color, and field of vision. 10% of the time noise levels reach 75-110 decibels. Occasional exposure to fumes, odors and gases. Constant exposure to mechanical hazards.
