Bath Landscape is seeking landscape herbicide spray technicians for the 2026 season. Bath Inc. is a local, family-owned business that was established in 1965 and continues to grow and flourish. Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of experience handling and spraying common landscape related herbicides preferred (willing to train the right candidate) At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license required (Insurable driving record, no DUI's or reckless driving in past 5 years) 1 year experience landscaping in any specific field (i.e. install, maint, irrigation, nursery) Trailer experience desired Willingness to learn Ability to work independently with the direction of the manager Ability to work in a safe manner using all required PPE Learns and follows all pesticide federal and state laws including each label in use Ability to lift, push, or pull 75lbs

Job Duties and Description:

Reports to Maintenance Manager Follows all federal and state laws pertaining to pesticide applications Safely handles mixes and applies herbicides Safely handles and applies granular fertilizers Safely applies herbicides with a stand on spreader/sprayer or truck hose and spot sprayers Reads labels and follows labels as well as any applicable laws and regulations Records work in a log book Identifies common weeds Operates a truck and trailer May assist in special projects with the maintenance team May lead a small crew during special projects Willing to continue learning everyday Excellent attention to detail and deadline oriented while working in a fast-paced environment May operate skid steers and assorted other tools and equipment May aerate turf in the Spring and help with Fall cleanup Work outside will all exposure to all weather conditions Work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday with occasional overtime
