Landscaping Installation Technician

Northern Landscaping Services, LLC is a growing company that takes pride in creating a positive and healthy work environment, and as a growing company there is frequent opportunity for advancement and promotion. We are looking for an individual who enjoys a wide variety of work. This individual must be able to work alone, and with different crews on different assignments through the week. The primary assignment will be to work on relatively small projects which often include fence repair, yard cleanups, remodeling a flower bed, Irrigation repair, pruning, adding new mulch, and some native or custom mowing. The second area of assignment will be to join our landscape crew when they need extra hands to complete a project. In this position you will work with 2 to 3 other people. Work may include flagstone, retaining walls, paver patios, sod installation, as well as the work mentioned above. The 3rd area of assignment will be to help out the mow crew if they fall behind, or in the event of an employee absence. In early November we begin our fall leaf cleanups and this individual will likely help with this work, especially as landscaping projects are wrapping up for the winter months. During the winter we do have snow removal work and have a significant amount of contracts to clear snow. A minimum of 1 year of landscaping experience is required. Full-Time availability is preferred, but part-time will be considered. Driver's License is Required. Reliable Transportation is required. Pay is based on experience and skills that an employee bring to the job.
