In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping tasks that keep properties vibrant and inviting. Your hands-on work will contribute to creating stunning landscapes and supporting construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape care while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and small machinery to perform routine landscaping duties Aid in irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient watering practices Help with hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls using appropriate tools and techniques Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other small machinery is a plus but not required Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care techniques, or irrigation systems is advantageous Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions Prior experience in landscaping or construction is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills and taking on diverse tasks This role is paid and designed for individuals eager to grow their expertise in landscape labor while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments.
