Job Description

Job Overview Join our team as a Golf Course Staff member and be a key player in maintaining a pristine, inviting, and well-manicured golf course and grounds. In this energetic role, you'll contribute to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the course by performing essential landscaping, turf management, and maintenance tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create an exceptional experience for golfers and visitors alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape care while working outdoors. Duties Assist with daily landscape maintenance to ensure the course remains visually appealing. Operate power tools, hand tools, and irrigation systems to support turf health and landscape upkeep Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to promote lush, healthy grass Maintain fairways, greens, bunkers, and surrounding areas through routine landscaping activities Support with general gardening and horticulture duties to enhance the course's natural beauty Conduct routine inspections of irrigation systems and landscape features to identify issues early Clean and maintain carts and facilities Requirements Prior experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, or turf management is preferred but not required Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and irrigation equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to supporting course operations Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Ability to perform physical labor Come to work where your efforts directly contribute to creating an outstanding golf experience. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
