This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and isn't afraid to get a little dirty. You'll assist with all types of landscaping work, including planting, mulching, cleanup, construction, and seasonal maintenance. If you've got a good attitude, a strong back, and a farmer's tan (or want one), we want to hear from you. This is a seasonal position (March-November) with potential for year-over-year growth depending on performance and fit.•
Responsibilities:
Assist with installation and maintenance of landscape features like planting beds, mulch/rock, edging, and soil prep Help load/unload materials and tools at job sites Support lead landscapers during installs and cleanup tasks Use hand tools and light power equipment safely and effectively Follow directions on design layout, plant placement, and grade shaping Maintain a clean and organized worksite Be respectful and courteous when working on client properties Learn and grow your skills over time

Qualifications:
Experience in landscaping or outdoor labor preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for 8+ hours a day Must be comfortable working in Colorado weather conditions (sun, rain, wind, etc.) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required) Willingness to work as part of a team and take instruction Basic plant knowledge or interest in horticulture a plus•
