In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing artificial turf landscapes across various residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, low-maintenance environments that enhance curb appeal and functionality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in landscaping, construction, and outdoor maintenance to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Install artificial turf using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as excavators to prepare surfaces and ensure proper placement. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and garden care to support overall site aesthetics. Perform soil preparation, grading, and drainage setup to optimize turf performance and longevity. Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate machinery like excavators and other construction equipment safely and efficiently. Carry out landscape enhancements such as hardscape installation, tree trimming, irrigation setup, and garden improvements. Maintain ongoing turf care through regular inspections, cleaning, repairs, and seasonal adjustments like snow plowing when necessary. Support tree care activities including planting, pruning, and health assessments to complement landscape design. Requirements Proven experience with landscaping tasks such as lawn care, gardening, hardscape installation, and general landscape maintenance. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery safely. Familiarity with irrigation systems, horticulture principles, tree care practices, and snow plowing techniques. Strong understanding of landscaping best practices including mowing, tree trimming, planting, and hardscape work. Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a high standard of quality workmanship. Excellent physical stamina with the capacity to stand, walk, lift heavy materials, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
