Apartment Groundskeeper:

Valid Driver's Lisc, insurance, and reliable transportation. Maintenance or handyman experience with a focus on groundskeeping Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to walk the property and perform physical tasks Experience with power-washing, sweeping curbs, and trash/debris pickup and disposal As an Apartment Groundskeeper , you will play a vital role in ensuring our apartment community looks its best and provides a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Apartment Groundskeeper:

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community grounds Rake leaves, and prune trees Perform regular landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering. Power-wash sidewalks, curbs, and common areas Sweep curbs and walkways to ensure a clean and inviting environment Pick up and dispose of trash and debris around the property Conduct light maintenance tasks as needed to support the overall upkeep of the property Walk the property regularly to identify and address any groundskeeping issues Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the community remains well-maintained Report any significant maintenance or safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor Benefits for the
