Landscape Laborer

Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including digging, trimming, and installing landscape features Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns Use equipment like excavators and snow plows when necessary for construction projects or seasonal cleanup Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored Contribute to hardscape projects by assisting with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Prior experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, excavators, and snow plows (training provided if needed) Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and maintenance Join us to help craft stunning outdoor environments while gaining valuable experience in landscaping, horticulture, construction, and maintenance!

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
