Groundworker -
Tree Care Crew Location:
Sedalia, CO COVA Tree is a locally owned tree care company serving Sedalia and the surrounding Douglas County area. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Groundworkers and support daily tree care operations. This is a hands-on outdoor position with opportunities to learn arboriculture skills and grow within the company. Responsibilities Assist climbers during tree trimming and removal Chip brush and process cut wood Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow work orders and support crew efficiency Safely use and maintain tools and equipment Follow all safety and PPE requirements Qualifications Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions Ability to perform physical labor Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Preferred (not required) 1+ year tree work or landscaping experience Chainsaw or equipment operation experience
Pay:
$21.00 - $27.00 per hour
