Overview Join our dynamic team as a Crew Leader in Lawn Maintenance and lead the charge in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily landscaping operations, supervise a team of skilled workers, and ensure high-quality lawn care and landscape maintenance. Your leadership will inspire your crew to deliver exceptional results while maintaining safety standards and efficiency. Duties Lead and supervise a team of lawn maintenance and landscaping crew members, providing clear direction and motivation. Oversee routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and plant care to ensure pristine outdoor spaces. Assist with or directly perform landscaping projects including planting, construction, tree care, and garden enhancements. Monitor safety protocols on-site, ensuring all team members follow proper procedures to prevent accidents. Conduct quality inspections of work completed, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement. Manage equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring tools and machinery are in optimal condition for daily use. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care practices. Prior supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments. Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, gardening principles, and general maintenance procedures. Familiarity with construction-related tasks related to landscape projects is a plus. Ability to effectively communicate instructions and foster teamwork among crew members. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
