Whether you're involved in planting, trimming, or installing hardscape features, your efforts will directly contribute to creating inviting and sustainable outdoor areas. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to ensure vibrant and healthy outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment including trimmers, blowers, lawn mowers, and excavators safely and efficiently Support installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape structures Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Maintain irrigation systems by installing, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules Conduct general gardening tasks including soil preparation, mulching, fertilizing, and weed control Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients and team members Experience Prior experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with landscaping equipment enhances your ability to perform tasks effectively Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape maintenance best practices is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment such as excavators confidently Experience with tree care techniques including trimming and pruning is advantageous Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions is essential Join us in creating stunning landscapes while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment that values energy, initiative, and craftsmanship.
