This hands-on position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of landscaping and masonry projects, including planting, lawn care, hardscape installation, stonework preparation, and seasonal maintenance. As part of our team, you'll help transform properties into functional and attractive environments while gaining valuable experience in landscaping, horticulture, outdoor construction, and masonry support. This is a paid position ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in seeing the results of their hard work. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installations, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways Support professional masons by preparing materials, mixing mortar or concrete, transporting stone and brick, and maintaining clean and organized work areas Assist with site preparation for masonry and hardscape projects Perform landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, shrub shaping, mulching, weed control, and seasonal clean-up Operate hand tools and power equipment safely for digging, trenching, grading, and general site preparation Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance Support snow plowing and winter property maintenance as needed Remove debris and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Follow company safety standards and work efficiently as part of a team Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping hand tools and power tools Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, gardening, masonry, construction, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work on uneven terrain Experience operating equipment such as excavators, skid steers, or other machinery is a plus Knowledge of landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, tree care, hardscaping, masonry, or snow removal is beneficial Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and punctuality preferred Training will be provided for motivated candidates looking to build a career in landscaping, masonry, and outdoor construction.

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
