Landscape Laborer

Job Overview Join our dynamic landscape team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors across various projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation. You will be actively involved in maintaining and enhancing residential, commercial, or public landscapes by utilizing your skills with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning trees, and planting flowers to keep properties vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including edging, digging, and installing landscape features Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge related to operating landscaping equipment and power tools is advantageous Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance routines, and horticulture principles is a plus Ability to work with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows effectively Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping while contributing to the beauty of outdoor spaces.
