Job Description

We are a small, detail-oriented company that focuses on fine gardening, plant care, and high-quality landscape maintenance on beautiful residential properties. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and creating beautiful landscapes . Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person . We're hiring for our mowing crew: 7A-5P M-F Lawn mowing, trimming, and general property upkeep Less detail work, more consistent outdoor maintenance Ideal for those looking for reliable outdoor work without fine gardening experience Mulching Weeding What We Offer $20
  • 27/hr depending on experience 40-50 hours/week Company matching retirement plan (after 1 year) Paid holidays (after 6 months) 1 week PTO after 1 year (increases yearly) Clean, well-maintained trucks and equipment Company-provided shirts, sweatshirts, rain gear, and PPE Opportunities for advancement Work directly with the owner in a small, professional crew Requirements Positive attitude & strong work ethic Must be 18+ with reliable transportation Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Clean driving record preferred; DOT medical card preferred Ability to pass pre-employment drug test Willingness to work overtime when needed CDL is a plus, not required Email steve@mccleanlandscape.
