Lawn Care Worker

Your energetic approach will ensure every property looks its best, from mowing and trimming to installing irrigation systems and performing seasonal snow plowing. Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for lawn care, landscape installation, and hardscape projects Mow lawns, trim trees, prune shrubs, and perform tree care to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Maintain gardens by planting, watering, fertilizing, and performing seasonal gardening tasks Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for diverse landscapes Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep driveways, walkways, and parking areas clear and safe Assist with landscape maintenance activities including soil preparation, planting beds, and mulch application Support construction projects involving hardscape features like patios or walkways by preparing sites and operating relevant equipment Experience Basic mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment and power tools Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for outdoor work is essential Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and tree care best practices is a plus Ability to operate machinery including excavators or other construction equipment is advantageous Strong understanding of gardening principles and irrigation system installation or repair Willingness to learn new skills related to snow plowing, hardscape installation, or other outdoor maintenance tasks Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant environments!
